When we ship your order

We pack and ship orders within 48 hours. Custom or personalized items take a little longer — up to 7 business days — because they're made for you.

Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are packed the next business day.

When it arrives

Delivery takes 4 to 14 business days after your order ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday. They don't include weekends or public holidays. The exact time depends on where you are — city addresses usually land near the short end, rural and remote addresses near the long end.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it any time on our Track my Order page.
